For the purpose of enforcing this ordinance, the Berrien County Board of Commissioners have established the following fee schedule:

16.1-1	All advertising and directive signs .....	$1.00 per square foot area of each sign
16.1-2	All petitions for variances and special exceptions .....	$125.00
16.1-3	All rezoning requests .....	$150.00
16.1-4	All ordinance text amendment requests .....	$175.00
