On the same premises with every building, structure or part thereof, erected and occupied
for manufacturing, storage, warehouse, truck freight terminal, goods display, department
store, wholesale store, market, hotel, hospital, mortuary, laundry, dry cleaning or
other uses similarly involving the receipt or distribution of vehicles, materials
or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained on the lot adequate space for
standing, loading and unloading services in order to avoid undue interference with
public use of the streets and alleys.
Such loading and unloading space, unless otherwise adequately provided for, shall
be an area ten feet by 50 feet, with 15 foot height clearance, and shall be provided
according to the following schedule:

1 space for the first 10,001 square feet, plus 1 additional space for each additional

3 spaces for the first 100,001 square feet, plus 1 space for each additional 100,000
square feet in excess of 100,001 square feet
